Bako's Pizza
Baki has been in the pizza business for four decades and is now passing it onto his sons Malik, Mani, and Metin the next generation of pizza makers.
You can find Chef Mani in the kitchen whipping up delicious apps and entrees, Malik kneading dough for the freshest pies, and when Metin isn't on the field playing football he's greeting customers and trying his hand at making pizzas.
We are family run and have guest appearances from aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In 2015, Dante’s Pizza first opened its doors in Denville. From day one, the goal was clear — serve fresh, flavorful food made with care, using quality ingredients and traditional recipes. As the reputation of Dante’s Pizza grew, so did the opportunity to expand. With strong community support and a commitment to excellence, additional locations were established in Boonton and Hamburg.

Amilcar Mejia opened Delizia Pizza Kitchen in Boonton, NJ in 2005.
Hailing from Guatemala, Amilcar learned to cook authentic Italian cuisine and pizza from mentors channeling their old-world heritage.
His business has grown to include pizzerias in Montville, Bridgewater, and a new location in Westfield.
Amilicar loves the Boonton community and is thankful for the support of Delizia's loyal customers.

In December of 1968, Paul and Domenica Dattolo opened Roma Pizzeria & Restaurant for business in Boonton just across the street from the current location on Main Street. In 1980, they moved the business to the current location at 709 Main Street and have continued to serve the local community the finest Pizza and Italian Cuisine in the area.
